About your coach
Hi, I’m Claire—a life coach for high-performing women who know there must be a better way, but aren’t sure where to start or what’s holding them back.
As a full-time, single working mum with over a decade in executive roles across Australia and New York, I understand firsthand the challenge of balancing a demanding career with family life.
For a long time, exhaustion and guilt were my closest companions. No matter how much I did, it never felt like enough. I wasn’t truly present—I was just trying to keep my head above water. I tried yoga, meditation, and even planning my day in 15-minute increments—but nothing shifted how I felt.
People told me I just needed to do less—but I didn’t want to. I wanted a great career and a fulfilling family life—without the guilt and constant exhaustion. I wanted to enjoy my life while still doing all the things.
I kept thinking, I’m smart and capable; I should be able to figure this out on my own. And on the outside, it looked like I was handling it. But cracks were appearing everywhere—impacting my relationships, my health, my work, and how I felt about myself.
It wasn’t until I accepted that life isn’t supposed to feel like mere survival—that stress and overwhelm, while normalised, are harmful—that I finally sought support.
Believing there was a better way, and that I didn’t have to do it alone, was a game changer. Coaching helped me uncover blind spots I couldn’t see on my own and fast-tracked my results.
I wasn’t broken, and I didn’t need fixing—but having a coach gave me the tools to break the cycle of stress and overwhelm, release the guilt, and truly start loving my life—all of it.
