Before becoming a coach, I spent years working in senior leadership roles while raising my family. From the outside everything looked successful.
I led teams, managed high-pressure environments, and built a reputation for being capable and composed.
What I didn’t realise at the time was that I had developed a very specific way of operating.
I relied heavily on pressure, responsibility and pushing through to keep everything moving.
