My story
Hi, I’m Claire. I spent 20+ years stuck in the cycle of gaining and losing the same 10kg. I tried it all — keto, plant-based, low-fat, ready-made meals.
It wasn’t until I discovered the real reasons I was overweight — my beliefs, emotional patterns, and hormones — that everything changed.
Now, I help other women uncover their own "why" so they can stop suffering and finally feel good in their bodies — for good.
