Which is why I designed the The Reset Method.

Working with clients, I quickly saw that if their nervous system was dysregulated then mindset work would not have meaningful impact.

And because our human brain is at the centre of our mindset work, I found that having systems and frameworks that supported the mindset work, helped support our brains as we create change. The systems and frameworks provided our brains with the scaffolding it needed through the process.

Because the reality is, you can’t work on your mind when your body is in survival mode, and mindset work without a system often sees you falling back into old ways when things don’t go as plan.

About your coach

Hi, I’m Claire—a life coach for high-performing women who know there must be a better way, but aren’t sure where to start or what’s holding them back.

As a full-time, single working mum with over a decade in executive roles across Australia and New York, I understand firsthand the challenge of balancing a demanding career with family life.

For a long time, exhaustion and guilt were my closest companions. No matter how much I did, it never felt like enough. I wasn’t truly present—I was just trying to keep my head above water. I tried yoga, meditation, and even planning my day in 15-minute increments—but nothing shifted how I felt.

People told me I just needed to do less—but I didn’t want to. I wanted a great career and a fulfilling family life—without the guilt and constant exhaustion. I wanted to enjoy my life while still doing all the things.

I kept thinking, I’m smart and capable; I should be able to figure this out on my own. And on the outside, it looked like I was handling it. But cracks were appearing everywhere—impacting my relationships, my health, my work, and how I felt about myself.
